Physiometrix, Inc. designs, develops, manufacturers and markets noninvasive, advanced medical products for use in neurological monitoring applications during surgical and diagnostic procedures. The Companyís current products include the Patient State Analyzer (PSA) 4000 and its accessories and disposables, which provides a user-friendly analysis of the level of consciousness (LOC) to aid patients given general anesthesia and other consciousness-altering medications. Physiometrix, based in North Billerica, Massachusetts, was created as a result of a successful initial public offering in 1996.
