Company Profile Riviera Tool Company is a leading designer and manufacturer of large scale, complex stamping die systems used to form sheet metal parts. Most of the stamping die systems sold by the Company are used in the high-speed production of automobile and truck body parts such as doors, door frames, structural components and bumpers. A majority of the Company's sales are to DaimlerChrysler AG, Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation and their tier one suppliers of sheet metal stamped parts and assemblies. Riviera Tool has grown significantly in the last decade due in large part to management's ability to design and implement a focused Company business strategy, which relies heavily on a willingness to commit to the most modern and sophisticated technology available, and to design and manufacture production tooling to ensure customer satisfaction. Upon completion of its three-year capital investment program, Riviera will be one of the few independent suppliers in the world capable of manufacturing large-scale stamping die systems utilizing the latest integrated technologies. The Company is currently integrating advanced technologies throughout all of its manufacturing processes, while adding the capacity to manufacture dies for very large body panels. It has installed all new front-end computer systems for engineering and numerical control programming - the latest in LAN-ether net technology - and is currently in the process of installing two new Okuma machining centers and accompanying new technology that is unique in the U.S. market: high-speed/unattended machining capability. |
