E-City Software, Inc. is a developer of interactive GIS maps for cities around the world, which are sold to customers on the basis of both annual licensing fees and revenue share arrangements. E-City distributes its products directly to its customers, through arrangements with strategic partners, and through its network of distributors and value added resellers.

E-City has developed a core 3DCityMap™ technology for 3D artistic rendering of streets, specific buildings and points of interest in major metropolitan down-town corridors and surrounding areas, including stadiums, airports and landmarks. These maps have been used primarily by clients to visually orient their customers to easily identify business locations, relevant landmarks, restaurants, hotels or other places of importance to tourists and travelers. E-City has produced for its clients fully geo referenced, web-enabled versions of the 3DCityMaps™ for its cartoGRAPHICS™ map engines as well as printed versions of these maps.

All of the Company's products present full color, 3D artistic visualizations of cities, buildings, airports, stadiums, facilities and structures. Although its 3D GIS maps were developed for a wide range of market segments, from tourism to aerospace, its core product line and core competency is the 3D visual artistic rendering of downtown corridors and points of interest therein. Management believes it has attracted a diverse, international customer base because its 3DCityMaps™ represent the cutting edge of visual depiction of buildings, landmarks and facilities.

Its maps for the United States, Canada, and Europe appeal to the visual sensibilities of a very wide audience. E-City's products are designed to be highly useful to people from around the world, regardless of map reading experience, language or culture. This focus on international research and development means that tourists can feel at home with an E-City map, no matter what their country of origin. They allow users to visualize popular tourist areas, identify landmarks, view proximity of restaurants, tourist destinations, transportation and business locations relative to hotels, shopping districts, and major highways.
